We'll send you 3 weeks before departure final travel documents. They also will have access to our application 10 days before departure. If they don’t need to use the app, please inform us and we cand send GPX tracks. We also send a postal document to the first hotel

We'll send their travel kit to their first hotel in Orange, Le Glacier. Inside, they'll have luggage tags, tourist book, road book (text and maps) and brochures.

They will also be greeted by our colleague Marietta, who will be on hand to answer any questions they may have.
