Day 2: Sevilla – Carmona (50 km; +524 m) Cycle along river paths and quiet lanes through sunflower fields to reach the historic walled town of Carmona. Day 3: Carmona – Montellano (69 km; +561 m) Ride through vast plains of cereals, sunflowers, and olive groves before overnighting in Montellano. Day 4: Montellano – Arcos de la Frontera (66 km; +718 m) Cycle through Mediterranean woodland at the foothills of the Grazalema mountains to the hilltop town of Arcos de la Frontera. Day 5: Arcos – Jerez de la Frontera (55 km; +382 m) Continue along gently rolling hills to reach Jerez, home of sherry wine and Andalusian horses. Day 6: Jerez – Cadiz (61 km; +343 m) Ride towards the Atlantic, through El Puerto de Santa Maria, and finish your journey by the beaches of Cadiz. Day 7: Departure or extra nights.
